Custom Estate Home Plans

Twin Creeks Vineyards owners have traveled through many wine growing regions of Europe.  It was during these travels that they decided to design a custom home for their property which reflected some of the old world charm.  Well-known Napa Valley architect Michael Kennedy of Kennedy and Kennedy was commissioned to design a home reminiscent of a French country chateau which would both enhance and take full advantage of the beautiful valley vineyard setting.

Winery Plans

The owners created a new parcel specifically to meet the criteria for a small winery permit with the County of Napa.  Architect Dan Dell of Della and Hansen in Santa Rosa was hired to design the concept winery.  Tom Cottrell of Cuvaison Winery in Calistoga and Justin Meyer of Silver Oak Cellars of Oakville and Bill Mott of Agland Investment Services in San Francisco all participated with the concept winery business plan and winery design.  Artist Tom Rigney of Napa provided the latest conceptual renderings.

Both the custom home and winery designs are site specific, and at the time of their design conformed to Napa County building codes.

 Upon request from the buyer, the owners will make available their custom home and conceptual winery plans, but will make no claim or assurance that either can be built or located as originally designed without modifications to conform to current Napa County building codes.
